WITHDRAWAL – PRODUCT RETURNS
Our online store for your best service, offers the possibility of returning or changing the products of your order, if for some reason they do not satisfy you.

What does not change:
Returns are NOT accepted and underwear can not be withdrawn, for reasons of health protection and for reasons of hygiene under article 3 (l) par. E of law 2251/1994.
NO changes are made in socks, tights, bodysuits, women’s briefs, suspenders, bras, babydoll, bodysuits, as well as bodysuits (type tights), as well as in string swimwear, brazil (generally swimsuit bottoms), as well as in men’s briefs and boxers.
NO changes are accepted on white or light colored products (eg beige, aqua, etc.), including swimwear.
NO changes / returns are made to the offer products.
When to change products:
In case of change, the returned product should be unused, just as it was before the sale in its original packaging and with all the contents of the original packaging e.g. cards, box, etc. as well as any gift they may have included. It should not be worn or washed. Otherwise, our store may refuse to return the product.
Product changes can be made in two ways:
- Either with your visit to our store, by phone.
- Either with the procedure described below.
Product return procedure
If you have previously called 210 9607234, pack and send the parcel. Inside the package you will have placed the receipt and the original sales document. If the product meets the return conditions we replace the product. In case the parcel arrives and it is proved that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted as explained in detail, the product will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by him.
The cost of returning products is borne by the customer in the total of € 10.00 with a cooperating courier, after consultation with us. Otherwise you choose any transport you want at your own expense and always after consultation with us, otherwise we will not accept any return.
In case of incorrect shipping from the online store, customers have the right in all other cases (ie except for products that are excluded for health reasons), to return the products, free of charge, within 10 calendar days (including weekends and holidays ) from the date they receive the products.
In case of proven fault of our online store, the cost of return is borne exclusively by our store and the customer has the option to choose if he wants a credit note of equal value to buy another product (the total value does NOT include shipping costs) or the re-shipment of the order. In this case, the product is picked up at your place by the courier company we work with.
In case you receive a defective product, let us know as soon as possible about the product and the problem that occurred. Contact our store by phone and send photos with the product to: info@scandalolingerie.gr. Then we will contact you.
If the product is damaged due to transport, contact us again and send us photos and we will take care of its replacement.
In case of cancellation of the order before shipment, there is no financial charge. However, if the order has been delivered to the shipping company, then the costs will be borne by the customer.
In no case are changes accepted if we have not been previously contacted.
The policy of our online store does not provide the possibility of refund. The customer has the option, if he wishes, to choose a credit note of equal value for the purchase of another product (the total value does NOT include shipping costs) or the re-shipment of the order, as mentioned above.
